The best way to share party photos with everyone
Last updated 26 September 2026
The short answer
Make a shared album before the party starts and send the link in the group chat. Everyone adds photos as they take them, and everyone can see and download the lot the next day. Nobody has to be the person who asks "can you send me the pics?"
Why not the group chat?
- Chat apps compress photos, so what you save is a lower-quality copy.
- Photos get buried under messages, and nobody scrolls back for them.
- Half the guests never send theirs at all.
With Fondays
- Create a pool for the party and share its link or QR code.
- Guests join and add photos from their phones, during the party or after.
- Seal the pool as a Dark Room (Radiance) if you want the photos hidden until a reveal time, like a disposable camera.
- Everyone gets the full album. Order prints or a photobook straight from it if you want something to keep.
What it costs
| For | What to use | Price |
|---|---|---|
| A small get-together | Free (Spark) | Up to 30 people, 30 photos, kept 7 days |
| One wedding or big party | Event pass | From $38 once. Up to 200 guests, kept a year |
| No guest limit | Unlimited event pass | From $103 once. Kept a year |
| You host often | Radiance | From $13 a month. 250 people per pool, live slideshow wall |
Questions people ask
- Is it free?
- Yes for a small party: the free plan hosts one pool of up to 30 people and 30 photos, kept 7 days. Bigger parties use an event pass or Radiance.
- Can people add photos after the party?
- Yes. The album stays open, so late photos still land in the same place.
