Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Ondravan Private Limited for using Fondays — the app, the website, and everything you can order through them. By creating an account or joining a pool, you agree to them.

We've tried to keep this readable. If something here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in plain words.

Fondays is operated by:

• Ondravan Private Limited, a company incorporated in India.

You need to be at least 13 years old to use Fondays. If you're under 18, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. Purchases must be made by someone old enough to enter a contract where they live.

You sign in with Google or with Apple — Fondays never asks for or stores a password of its own. Keep access to that sign-in secure, because anyone who has it can reach your pools.

One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using yours.

Your photos stay yours.Uploading to a pool doesn't transfer ownership. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service: to store your photos, show them to the other members of that pool, generate thumbnails, and produce any physical item you order. Nothing more.

We don't use your photos to advertise Fondays, and we don't sell or license them to anyone. If we ever wanted to feature a photo publicly, we would ask you first.

A pool's host controls its settings and membership, and can remove content or people from their pool. You can delete your own uploads or leave a pool at any time.

Don't use Fondays to:

• Upload photos of people who haven't agreed to be in a shared pool, where they'd reasonably expect privacy.
• Post anything illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that depicts a minor inappropriately.
• Upload content you don't hold the rights to.
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten anyone.
• Break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits and permissions.
• Resell access to Fondays, or use it to run a service of your own without our written agreement.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. For anything involving a minor or a credible threat, we act immediately and report it where the law requires.

Fondays is free to install and use. Some features are unlocked by Fondays Plus, a renewing subscription, or by an event pass, a one-time purchase that applies to a single event.

• How you pay — all digital purchases are billed by Apple or Google through the store your app came from, in your store account's currency. We never see your card details.
• Renewals — a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices — vary by country and can change. A price change never applies to a period you've already paid for, and we'll tell you before it takes effect.
• Refunds — for digital purchases these are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. We'll help you chase one where we can.

Physical products are made to order from the photos you choose, and are paid for through our payment gateway rather than the app stores. The price shown at checkout includes taxes and shipping as displayed there.

Production and delivery timelines, damaged or lost orders, and returns are covered in our Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: because each item is custom-made from your photos, we can't take returns for a change of mind, but anything defective we reprint or refund.

We work to keep Fondays running, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may change, pause, or retire features as the product develops. If we ever shut down a feature you've paid for, we'll give you reasonable notice and a fair refund of the unused part.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Account deletion. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we're required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion of anything you've paid.

Fondays is provided as it is. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for what other members of a pool do with photos shared inside it.

Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. Fondays is a way to share and print them, not a backup service.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Fondays is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We'll update this page when the terms change and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes we'll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Fondays after that means you accept the new terms.
